Program - Infrared Photography - John Murphy
Over half the sunlight reaching the earth's surface is Infrared, which is not used for “Normal” photography. That means you are wasting over half the light energy available for photography. John Murphy will discuss conserving this unused energy and using it for innovative photos. You may even become tempted to try it yourself.
This presentation will cover a mix of technology and creative potential. Details will include the generation and use of pseudo color, increased sensitivity of IR converted cameras, most popular type of subjects/scenes, best lighting, unexpected lighting effects and more.
